At Bounce Curl, we want you to love your curls, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products that do not meet your expectations. Please ensure items are at least half-full and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
